Create a Streamer team

Create a team after confirming Streamer and Beladed Pro eligibility.
Prerequisites
- A Streamer account
- An active Beladed Pro entitlement
- An authenticated owner session

Confirm entitlement
Read current Beladed Pro state before presenting team creation.

Create with the owner session
Submit the team name and taxonomy from the authenticated Streamer context.

Read back ownership
Confirm the new team belongs to the authenticated Streamer.
